We've been busy taking on board all the results from our very first Owner Survey, and will be getting a full rundown of the results to you as soon as possible. Certainly we have seen many consistent areas including a desire for more engagement, more visibility, and great ideas to keep improving and make holiday home ownership easier than ever. There are some things that became a high priority to implement even before all the analysis has been condensed into a readable format. Like our new 'Happiness' monthly newsletter for you. We've created sections of interest every month to keep you fully up to date with all that is going on across our various teams, and to ensure we keep leading from the front for now and the future.

1. Owner Support Portal Now Live

It's now easier than ever to contact our team and get solutions. Our new support portal is now live, and will be fleshed out with more content and answers in the coming months. You can view it here, and easily access the current support documents. You just need your login details and can then access support documents, articles and easily raise a ticket to our teams here at the Bachcare Support Office. 

The benefit of raising a ticket like this makes it easier for our team to track things through to a successful conclusion as they easily get tagged and categorised to go to the right person in our team. 2. Payments Module

Our payments module is in the works to make the payment and invoicing system with Bachcare simpler and more streamlined than ever. We know this has been a cause of frustration for some of you, so we're as excited as you are for progress here and to bring it live. We will continue to keep you updated!

3. A New Owner Portal

There were some outstanding comments and ideas for how we can improve our owner online account (owner portal) from the owner survey to make it more useful for you and have the details and reports you need. Falling in line with the newly refreshed guest website from June, we will hope to release a refreshed owner portal in early 2018 that is fully mobile optimised.
